Hams and Bacon (in cloth),; Bd. Hay, £2 10s to £3. Oats, feed, Is 9d to 2s ; oats. milling, 2s to 2s Id. Peas, 3s to 3s Bd. Potatoes (Derwents), 25s to 27s 6d. Retail Prices— Fresh butter, lOdper lb ; eggs, lOd per doz ; cheese, 8d to lOd per lb ; milk, 4d per quart. Beef, 4d to 8d per lb ; mutton, 3d to 5d ; pork, 7d ; ham, Is ; bacon, lOd per lb; lamb, 3s to 3s 6d per quarter.
