Carswell, White and Co. publish a notice to farmei p. J. O. lie Ardell holds a produce sale on Wednesday in his rooms. Wilson, Taine and Co. hold a Btocls Bale at Otautau on Wednesday. A special train to Wiuton has been arranged for to-night in connection with Archibald Forbes' first lectute. The election of mayor for the Borough of Invercargill takes place on Wednesday. The Borough of East Invercargill invite tenders for the supply, removal, and replacing of drain-boxes. Matheson and Co. have a New River farm for sale. Mrs Fulton informs the public that 6ie has poultry for sale. A notice is inserted to members of the loyal Pioneer Lodge of Southland.
