Tenders for the purchase of (he above hotel and farm will be received by the undersigned up to 7 p.m. on SnXurday, 25th November. The hotel is about fourteen miles from Waikaia, on tbe main road to Upper Waikaia diggiugs, and attached to the hotel is a farm of 114 acres, of which 16 acres are under crop, viz., 3 acres of potatoes, 8 acres of oats, and 5 acres of barley. The whole of the land is securely fenced and subdivided, and about 30 acres are in English grass, and 20 acres in bush. The house is now undergoing alterations, and in connection with the hotel are a 5-stalled stable, cbaff-house, and chaff cutter, with water-power ; cow-shed and stock-yard, and every convenience requisite for an hotel and farm. The above are now open for inspection at any time. The successful tenderer will be 'required to take stock and furniture at a valuation. The lowest or any tenderer not necessarily accepted .
