The wool brand is W over Waikawa, and a reference to the London catalogue will show tbat it has always realised a first-class figure in the home market. Although the leasehold as now held only comprises some 15,000 acres, there are fully 7000 acres more of fair country which the station gets the benefit of. The whole will be offered in one lot, with lambs given in, delivery of main flock through the shed, stragglers and cattle till end of April. The vendor's only reason for selling is on account of bad health, and having another property some distance apart, is unable to give both the required attention.
