CARSWELL, WHITE AND CO., (in conjn notion with the National Mortgage and Agency Company) have received instruction from John McLean, Esq., who is retiring from farming, to sell by public auction at Prince of Wales Hotel, In vercargill, on the . above date, all that valu able wheat growing farm in Tuturau Distric known as EDENBANK, Containing 521 acres, more or less, subdivided into thirteen paddocks. Buildings consist of an eight • roomed dwelling house, scullery and dairy, men's hut, eight-stalled stable, with two loose boxes, shearing and straw sheds, barn, granary, and chaff-house, a twelve-stalled cowshed, and other buildings, also substantial sheep yards.
