A Correction.

4. TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— ln Friday morning's issue of the Times, in the report of the proceedings of the Waste Lands Board, it is stated that on my letter being read, it contained, in addition to the request for leave of absence, the names of several settlers living off their sections. My letter did not contain the names of any persons living off their (sections, but merely stating that a certain number were living off their sections. Several names were mentioned, but these were in the reports of the ranger and not in my letter, as stated in your report. Now us this statement might mislead the public, I would be obliged if you will publish the foregoing. — I am, &c, Joseph Wakbling. Ryal Buah, Nov. 18, 1882.
