The barque Electra is Btill at the lswer anchorage. The brigantines Prosperity and Augusta are both nearly ready for sea, and will probably finish loading to-day. The cutter Foam, which arrived at Riverton from Stewart Island on Tuesday, reports that the Woollomai, which left Bluff for Melbourne ■bout the end of last month, had been lying at anchor at the island for the previous eight days, where she had been forced to take shelter under ■tress of weather.
