At the last County election my name apparently was on thf'rdH for the riding that Mr Kinross conteateo, but I ielt cure.it was a miapriu't and not inteaded for me, qonsequentlyl refose^^ vote ; but to the .boat of . my recollection no on» asked me to vote for Mr Kinross* One of th« candidates spoke to me and I explained to him my reason for not Voting, and it is a pure fabrication for Mr Kinross or any of his friends to say that'll replied '.'
