Public notice is hereby given that it is iuteuded to introduce iutothe House of Representatives and Legislative Council ©f New Zealand, in Parliament Assembled, during the present session of Parliament, a Bill intituled the lnvercargill Esplauade Leasing Act, 1880, the purport of which Bill is to give to the Council of the Borough of Invercargill the power to lease a strip of land two and a half chains wide, on the eastern side of the Resci ye known as the Esplauade adjoining the Railway line. T3OROUGHOF INVERCARGILL Public notice is hereby given that those persons who are entitled to a lease of any of the Municipal Endowment Sections for a less term than seven years, may apply to the Council within one month from this date for an additional term, so as to make the term of lease more than seven yeais, and thus enable the lease to be registered.
