Public notice is hereby given that it is iuteuded to introduce iutothe House of Representatives and Legislative Council ©f New Zealand, in Parliament Assembled, during the present session of Parliament, a Bill intituled the lnvercargill Esplauade Leasing Act, 1880, the purport of which Bill is to give to the Council of the Borough of Invercargill the power to lease a strip of land two and a half chains wide, on the eastern side of the Resci ye known as the Esplauade adjoining the Railway line.
