A meeting of the creditors of John Spencer Fr-vucis will be held oa Bth inst., to consider as to his discharge, &c. Notice of intention to apply for an order of discharge is made on behalf of Peter Hanson, hotelkeeper, Lumsden. Bastings, Leary, and Co., notify that they have been instructed by the New Zealand Agricultural. Company to sell, early in September, large' quantities of land, near Gore and Lumsden, to be subdivided into farms ; also several townships. : : The New Zealand Agricultural Company is prepared to treat for the sale of farms from 50 to 1000 acres.

Mr Bunvell will receive tenders for the erection of a factory chimney. . . Henry Sherwell, mariner, Bluff, will aoply at the next District Court for an order of discharge. John Murdoch, shoemaker, Biverton, will apply at the 6ame court for an order of discharge. Alexander Frasev, hotelkeepev, Lnmsden, -mil also apply at same time for ditto. A. W. Campbell has two brick shopa and a house- to let.
