The Rev. Mr Cole, an Anglican clergyman, committed suicide, and two brothers, named Gardiner, immediately imitated him. The question of sending the colonial frigate Nelson with the Victorian exhibits to the Sydney Exhibition is being mooted. The Commissioners met to-day to consider the proposal to invite the Prince of Wales to open the Exhibition.
