Her route will be via -CAPE HORN, or through the STRAITS OF MAGELLAN, and it is confidently expected she will make the passage in 45 days. The route chosen avoids all the discomforts of a protracted voyage through tropical waters, which is inseparable from the voyage through the Red Sea and Suez Canal. An experienced surgeon will accompany the ship.
