Having one Gallery lighted with the north and the other bj r the south lights, I am able to produce pictures that cannot be produced with the one light only, having the direct and the reflected rays to work with, and as there are varieties of complexions, the same lighting will not produce favourable pictures of all, some requiring a few rays only, while others require all that can be directed upon them.
