Took in cargo from a home vessel, and then came _l6ngside the wharf andreceivedpassengers and the maU,and proceeded to sea at 6 p.m. Had a light- _f.E. breeze until 10 p.m., when wind hauled round to N.W. Passed the Nuggets at 2 a_vyeaterday, and arrived at the Blare at 11 a.m.. Left at 3p.m., arriving.here aa above.. E xperiehced fine weather, thronghout. Amongst .the Qreti'ftipassengers for Invercargill "were tWeive ___igKints, who recently arrived at Port Chalmers from ' Koine; . : -V The Maid of Otago finished loading at Ackers' Mill yesterfay,and.caAe.upto tfieSJetty.- She will sail for Dunedin on the first opportunity.
