RULES AND REGULATIONS. Qualifications and nominations for all .the handicaps (excepting the Consolation) wffl be received by the Secretary in sealed cover*, addressed to him at the Prince of Waler Hotel, Inveicargill, up to eight o'clock p.m. on Thursday, 22nd February. All horses to be handicapped by the Stewards or whom they mayiappoint.
