An Appropkiate Pbayeb.— A clergy, man in New South Wales when praying, not long ago, for the Legislative Assembly of that colony, made use .of this appropriate language : — " Af ay they no longer continue to be a disgrace to the . colony; but O Lord reform them, for eren that is not too hard for Thee.". Similar language might, with truth, be applied to the present Parliament of We* Zealand,
