The Rolling Stock will be packed and delivered alongside the vessel at the Bluff Wharf. The specifications and form of charter party can be seen at the Manager's Office, Dunedin, and Traflic Manager's Office, Inyercargill. The Government will not bind itself to accept any tender. W.
