Thursday, 6th January, 1876, at two o'clock p.m., That VALUABLE HOTEL PROPERTY in Dee street, known as the ALBION HOTEL. This property is so well known throughout New Zealand that the auctioneers feel that any detailed description is wholly unnecessary. The buildings are of brick j quite new, and fitted with every modern convenience. The front facing Dee street is three-a'oried, with ornamental mansard roof, covered with slate, and presents an extremeiy striking and handsome architectural appearance.
