No person lo enter or nominate ahorse unless he be a subscriber of not less than £1 Is to the Race fund. Moreover no person to enter or nominate a horse not his (JBona fide) property unless the said subscription of £1 Is be paid for the actual owner under forfeiture of any race such horse may win. All protests must be made in writing accompanied with the sum ol £2 2s and lodged in the secretary's hands within fifteen minutes after the race is run, the £2 2s to be forfeited to the club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. Nominations for the Wmton Jockey Club Handicap, the Handicap Uurdlo Race and the Grand Stand Uandinap to be sent in to the Secretary of the Winton Jockey Club, Railway Hotel Winton, not later than 8 p.m. on Monday, 20th December.
