London, June 22. In the appeals from the Supreme Court of Victoria, Winters v. The Queen, and McMillan v. The Queen, cases under the Land Act, judgment has been given against the Crown, with costs. In Ettershank v. Tbe Queen, and Glass v. The Queen, also cases under the Land Act, dismissed without costs. In the Colonial Bank r, Ettersbank the appeal ie dismissed, with costs. The Queensland mails have been delivered. London, June 24. The Pope, in replying to a deputation from Roman nobles on the anniversary of the King's coronation, said tbe rumor of a reconciliation with the Italian Government waß undeserving of mention. A German note cordially thanks Belgium lor the Duchesne investigation, aieo for its supplementary penal legislation. The French Assembly has read the Public Powers Bill a second time.
