OSBORNE has been favored with in- , structions from the proprietor (Mr John Bain) to submit to public competition, in his rooms, Esk street, on Friday, 29th January— THE ESTATE OF BAINFIELD, Situated on the Main North Road, about two miles from Invercargill. This valuable property was the first selection in the Waikiwi district, being purchased from the Crown upwards of seventeen years ago, and is mostly covered with exoellent Timber, whioa has been carefully preserved. In order to suit all classes of purchasers, the estate has been subdivided into 29 ALLOTMENTS, Varying in size from half an acre to 17£ acres. 16 of these sections have a frontage of two chains to the Main North Road, and contain upwards of 4 acres each, affording splendid SITES FOE VILLA RESIDENCES. Nino half-acre sections adjoin the Prestonville Estate, and have a FRONTAGE TO THE DISTRICT EOAD.
