POST OFFICE NOTICE.
Mails will be closed at the Post Office, Invercargill, as under : — Northern Provinces, Fiji, Sandwich Islands, North and South America, United Kingdom, and the Continent of Europe, on Friday, 24th July, at 6.30 a.m. Money Orders and Registered Letters, on Thursday, at 5 p.m. Newspapers on Thursday, at 8 p.m. Dunedin and Northern Provinces, per s.s. Otago , on arrival. Melbourne and Australian Colonies, per s.». Claud Hamilton, on or about 23rd July. For Chatham Islands, per s.s. Magellan Cloud, on or about 24th of July. San Francisco Mails for July, will be despatched on or about 23rd, and are due to arrive on 25th. Notk— Late letters for all mail s will be received ten minutes after the above hours of closing, provided they bear one extra rate of postage R. KAYE, Postmaster.
