QEALED TENDERS will be received till 28th O July, for the purchase or lease of the following valuable property, viz. : — Sections 5, 6 and 7, Block 5, Invercargill Hundred, containing about 230 acres, situated 5 miles from Invercargill, bounded on the south by the Waihopai River, on the north by the Myrosa Bush, and on the east by the Main Roslyn road. There are 7 acres of bush on the property, and it also adjoins the Bush Reserve. The whole ia fenced and surrounded with live hedges. It is subdivided into paddocks, there being 70 acrea in good English grass, the remainder being nearly all under cultivation.
