PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Assessment for the year 1874-75 has been submitted to the Town Council and allowed ; that the same is deposited at the Town Clerk's Office, Kelvin street, and may be daily inspected between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. by any persons interested therein. And notice is further given, that any appeals againat the assessment may be lodged at the Town Clerk's Office, Kelvin street (where blank forms may be had), on or before the 24th day of July, and a copy of each notice of appeal must be delivered by the appellant to the Clerk of the Districr Court, lnvercargiil, six clear days before the day to be appointed for hearing any appeal*.
