IT having come to our knowledge that numbers of Watches are being imported and offered for sale in New Zealand, as of our manufacture and - bearing our trade mark, " Rotherhams, London" (or an imitation thereof), which have not been made by us, and which in consequence of their inferior quality are calculated to damage our reputation, We hereby give notice that we have instructed Messrs P. Hayman & Co., of Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand, to take proceedings against any person or firm selling or offering for sale any Watcb bearing oar trade mark -{or imitation thereof), which is not of our manufacture.
