The barque Mendoza, from Dunedin, anchored at the wharf at 11 a.m. The s.s. Tararua, from Melbourne via the West Coast and Dunedin, arrived at the wharf at 8.30 a.m. on the 18th. She left Port Chalmers at 5 p.m. on the 17th, and experienced fine weather between the two ports.
