The following are the Customs returns for the week ending May 7th, 1870 :—
' H. E. Osborne, auctioneer, /reports— The sale of freehold property and stock at Mr S. Haslemore's, Greenhills, on the 2nd inst., was well attended, and everything sold at satisfactory 'prices. The farm brought £200 cash. The stock— dairy cows, from £4 to £8 ; heifers in calf, £3 10s and upwards ; calves, from £1 to £2 10j> ; 1 pair of young working bullocks, £14. I have also sold sections VIII. and IX., Block X., town of Campbelltown, for £200. Invercargill, May 9, 1870.
