This Guano has of late years been introduced into both Britain and America, and has realized a higher price than the best Bolivian. A careful analysis showing it to contain only about 3i per cent, of insoluble matter, and being a direct importation from the , above named Island, the undersigned -are prepared to supply Farmers and others at a much lower price than they have hitherto been able to obtain this Valuable Manure. T)URSUANT to an Act made and passed by X the General Assembly of New Zealand, intitled "The Trustee Relief Act, 1862," Notice is hereby Given, that all the Creditors and others having claims or demands upon or against the estate of NICHOLAS GEORGE CLAYTON, formerly of Tasmania, afterwards of Southland, New Zealand, and lately of the Province of Auckland, New Zealand, who died on or about the 23rd day of April, 1867, are hereby required to send in their claims and demands to Johit Biacki/dce, or Henby Kenxon, of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, New Zealand, Trustees of the estate and effects of the deceased, on or before the 3lst day of December next. And Notice is also hereby Given, that after that date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of th 6 deceasedjunongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard: only to the claims of which such Trustees shall then have notice ; and they will not bt, liable for any assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not thien have had: notice. .
