mHE PEOVINCIAL GOVEENMENT OFFICES wiU be CLOSED during the Visit of His ExceUency the Governor to Southland, with the exception of the Treasury and Superintendent's Departments, which wUI be opened from the hours of 10 to 12 o'clock each day for the transaction of pubhc business.
