NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Deed ' bearing date the 3rd day of November, 1863, made between CHRISTOPHER BROWN and WILLIAM HAMILTON POWELL, both of Invercarjrill, in the Province of Southland, in the Colony of New Zealand, publicans, of the one part, and WILLIAM MILLER, also of Invercargill, Merchant, WILLIAM ROBERT HAWKINS ROBERTSON, of Invercargill aforesaid, Auctioneer, ofthe second part, the said Christopher Brown and William Hamilton Powell did convey and assign unto the said William Miller and William Robert Hawkins Robertson all and every, their real and personal Estate for the equal benefit of tbe creditors of them, the said Christopher Brown and William Hamilton Powell. That the'said Deed was executed by the said Curistopher Brown and William Hamilton Powell, William Miller and William Robert Hawkins Robertson in the presence of, and attested by THOMAS SHAILER WESTON, of Invercargill. Solicitor, and GEORGE CHAPMAN, also of Inyrcargill. And Fcbteeb Notice is hereby given that the said D*?ed now lies for the . inspection of, and execution bj the Credilors of the said Christopher Brown and William Hamilton Powell, at the Office of the said TEIOxMAS S BAILER WESTON, situated in D je street, in Invercargill aforesaid, and all creditors not executing the samo within Twenty-eight days from the date hereof will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit thereof.
