And further notice is hereby given, that the said Deed now lies for the inspection of, nnd execution by the Creditors of the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer respectively, at the office of the said Thomas Sbailor Weston, situate in Donstreet in Invercargill aforesaid, and all Creditors not executing the same within Twenty-eight days from the date hereof, will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit thereof.
