The Chief PosMaastnr has kindly placed at our disposal the following comparative return of letters received and despatched for the month of July, 1863 and ISG2. It will be seen that 18G3 has an excess over 1862 of 10,-ISI lotters and newspapers received, and ot letters and newspapers despatched, an excess of 798 G.
