The influential connection he has bad the privilego of forming, during hU colonial expedience, together with his position as Clerk of the Provincial Council (which office he still holds), and the evidence of a testimonial as to the confidence reposed in him by the Provincial Government, will, lie trusts be a sufficient guarantee of his integrity and business qualilieations. and insure to his patrons the conduct of all transactions they may confide to him on a strictly and uniform y respectable bas'9. This principle of business is especially submitted to the notice of persons non-resident (but having property )in this Province, as calculated to initiate and sustain that good faith which should exist between principal and agent. Pending the erection of more commodious premises, he is about to open n temporary Office and Sale Yard in the rear of the Bank of New Zealand, with f.n entrance from the front of the Albion Hotel, Dee-street, where he will be prepared to receive the commands of his supporters, which will at all times meet his most prompt and careful attention. In the private business on which you are about to enter, I trust you will meet with all success, and I will always take an interert in your welfare.
