NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Francis Hamilton, of Invereargill, in the Province of Southland, Auctioneer, Stock, Station, and Con - mission Agent, did, by deed bearing date the tenth day of June, 1803, grant, convey, and assign unto Henry William Whitton, of Invercargill, Merchant, and -lohn Blacklock. of tbe samo place, Merchant, all the estate and effects of him, the said Francis Hamilton, upon the trusts therein mentioned, for the benerit of all the creditors pf tbe said Francis Hamilton; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Francis Hamilton on the said tenth day of July, 1863, and by the said H. W. Whitton and John Blacklock, on the fifteenth day of June atoresaid, and the execution of the said deed by the said Francis Hamilton, H. W. Whitton, and J. Blacklock, was attested by James Harvey, of Invercargill, aforesaid, Solicitor ; and that the said deed now lies at the oflice of Messrs. Harvey and Stuart, Solicitors, Tay-street, Invercargill, aforesaid, for the perusal and execution by the creditors of the said Franci3 Hamilton, nnd who will be excluded from all benefit under the said, deed unless they execute, or assent Id wri ing to'take tho benefit of the same, »n or before the fourth day of August next.
