Jarvey reports finding the barque Pet, of Hobart Town, aground between the Spit and the Guiding Star Rock. Finding tho vessel in tbis critical position, he ran alongside, and towed her off the snnds up to the Red Buoy. bringing the nasscngers hy the Pet up to tovn with him. The Titania experienced light soiitherlv weather all thp passage. The barque Pet. 2f,9 tons, Captain Grant, just entered at the Custom Honse, has made a pretty good pa«?ngp from Hobart Town. The time occupied between the Heads there and those of this port was six days. The Pet brings about the largpst quantity of timber and produce ever sent by npe ve««el to Invercargill. It is consigned to Mr John Hamiltou.
