Asotheii Tasmasiak in Troublk.— Samuel fray, charged with robbery, the particulars of which we fully reported in our last issue, was fully committed for trial at the Sunreine Court. Saturday, 14th Mahoh. Inebeiate. — John Thulc was fined in -ss. for being drunk. Mosdat, liith March. Figtzttsg. — l'atrick M'.Mulligan was fined ■10s for iightiug in Kelvin- street on Saturday nig 1 t. Obscfse Langc.vre. — Thomas Murphy, for this oifence. was lined 10s. and costs. Buknikg His FiXGiviis. — George M'Fce was accused of conducting himself so as to provoke a brcv.ch of the pe-ice. Pri -oner's mate had got into a row, and going to his assistance prisoner got mixed up in the all'air. After hearing evidence, his Worship discharged prisoner, with u caution not to be so rea !y in future.
