Archibald M Intyre, an old innnrrieib'e, was sentenced to five days' imprisonment with hnrd l.ibor, as a cure for his imbibing propensity. Wednesday, 11th February. There were no police cases before the Court to-day. Thursday, 12th February. (Before M. Prior. Esq., Tt. M.) Txtkmpkpanck. — Robert Percival, for bein<? the worse of liquor in ' ec-street, was fined in the usual amount, ss. Horses aT Largr. — Charles Crawford and William Cochran were each fined in ss. and costs for allowing their horses to stray in ihe s'reets.
