RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before 11. Trice, Esq., It. M.) Tuesday, 23 ud December. Rate. — Thomas L. Wood was brought up on remand fjom Rivcrton, charged with attempting to commit a rape upon the person of Lydia Kates on the 9th inst. There being no appearance of witnesses for the prosecution, the case was remanded back to Riverton.
