Messrs Hamilton & Pkoctku report:—
Considerable improvement in business during the past week, a brisk demand having arisen for draught, saddle, and pack horses. Fat cattle and sheep are also much inquired for. "We sold to-dny n mob of mixed cattle, at an average of £14 10s. We quote as follows : — Fat Cuttle, 05s per 100 lbs; medium. f2O to £27. Fat sheep— prime wothers f>2s. Horses— superior heavy draught, i'.Vi to £90; medium and interior. £30 to £'50 ; end. useful hacks, £3.', to £70; inferior, £2r, to £35. Imported ewes, 25 to 355, from 4to G tooth preferred. Store cattle and sheen, a limife 1 supply, and much inquired fur. Fat stock, scarcely any in the market.
