(Before M. Price, Esq., R. M.) Friday, 1 2th December. Dhunkahd. — Robt. M'Kier. y was charged with being drunk on 11th iiist. Fined ss. Saturday, 13th December. Deserting. — James Smith was charged with deserting from the s.s. Titinia oa the Uth inst., and remanded to the 17 th. Monday, 15th December. (Before T. Heale, Esq., J.P., and W. H. Pearson, Esq , J.P.) Drunk and Duo 'DERIy. — Robert Hunter was charged with being drunk and disorderly, and was lined 10s. or 48 hours' imprisonment. Elizabeth Crauford was charged with a similar offence, but being unable • r unwilling to answer the questi jns put to her by the Court, she was remanded for 24 hours.
