High water at New Biver Heads one hour sooner ; there is, how«er, very little difference between the time of high water at the head of the Bluff and the jetty at Invercargill. DAILT TABLE.

Aldinga. from Dunedin, Otago mail and five passengers; shipped per ditto, for Melbourne, Australian mail and three passengers. The Omeo, s.s., passed this port to the westward on Friday last, at 11 a.m. The Aldinga, s.s., left Dunedin for Melbourne, via the Bluff, at 4 p.m. on Saturday, and arrived hero at 7.30 a.m. yesterday morning; had thick weather all the way down. On leaving Otago Heads passed the Montezuraa, brig, and Mayflower, schooner. Left the Bluff 12 minutes after arrival.
