Messrs. Hamilton and Phoctke report. — Business brisk. Still a great demand for good fat cattle and sheep, with an increase in price. We have sold 60 head of working bullocks this day, at an average of £53 per pair— al6O some draught horses, at an average of £55, and hacks at £iv to £ 50. We quote as tollows : — Fat Cuttle.— Prime bullocks, 655. per 100 lbs. Medium and inlerior, £14 to £20 per head. Cows, £13 to £17 per head. Fat Sheep. — Prime wethers, 40s. to 455., average ditto, 33s to 435. Store Cattle and Sheep. — "Enquired for. Horses. — Superior heavy draught, £55 to 70. Middling and inferior ditto, £35 to £45. Good backs and light harness, £35 to £50. Inferior hacks, £25 to £35. Good pack horses are in demand.
