Orders for withdrawal must be sent in before Ten o'clock on tho morning previous to the day ot publication. All advertisements must be paid for in advance, except in cases where an arrangement has been effected, and an account opened. The number of insertions must be written on each advertisement, or it will be continued until countermanded, and charged for accordingly.
