We have received copies of the Argus of the 6th November, from which we extract the following : — ILy the ship Prince Carl, which arrived at the Heads ouTuesday Nov. 4th, and reached Hobson's-Bay Wednesday, the sth, we have dates from Port Louis to the 29th September. From an extraordinary edition of the Cerneen of that date we translate the following important items of news, taken from a telegraphic summary in the Monitcvr tie la Reunion of the 27th September: — MAHCH OF GENERAL JACKSON ON WASHINGTON. New York, August 21. Gen. Pope has been repulsed by General Stonewall Jackson. He made a retreat. The Confederate General is marching on Washington.
