RESULTS YESTERDAY'S JUDGING.

EXHIBITS< CONSTITUTE A. RECORD. Favourable comment was.jmade .by the judges in .announcing -the results of the butter , and ..cheese glasses: yesterday. In; regard to butter the .number of exhibits, they said, constituted a record and considering fact .that if had been in the cool stores for . twp and a half months, prior to> judging, the quality was of a high order; and reflected creditably on the dairy, factory managers. The body, .texture, : '■ and colour were all that* could bfe'desired. The salting of a few exhibits was perhaps on the light side, and the. flavour of these would have been better if about T.B per cent. - of. salt vhad been added.
