WELLINGTON, November 29. The employers of the Wellington wnarf .abourers have hied a counter demand to che case of the Union which is before the Conciliation Board. They ask that the ordinary hours be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., ana pay from Is to Is 6d per hour, the lattex rate to be for men carrying coals, trimming bunkers, and carrying and stowing meat; the overtime for these to be 2s 3d oer hour. .
