MAIL NOTICES.
Subject to any necessary alteration* pails "will close as under:— Wednesday, November 28th. For northern ports of New Zealand, per Tarawera, at 4.30 p.m. Friday, November 30th. For Australian Colonies, India, China, South Africa, etc. (via Wellington); also, correspondence sjiecially addressed, via Suez, for the United Kingdom and Europe, per Moana, at 4.30 p.m. Due in. London January 13th.
The next parcel mail for the United Kingdom will close at Timarn on December 4th, at 4 p.m. ... Mails for Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji, per Hauroto, close at Auckland on 28th inst., at 8 p.m . Mails f r Cromarty, Puysegur Point, Tunaroa, per Invercargill, leave Invercargill on 29th inst. Mails for South Africa, per Australasian, leave Melbourne on December Bth. Mails for Raratonga and Tahiti, per Ovalau, close at Auckland on December 18th, at 4 p.m. . In order to ensure connection ■with fast steamer at New York the next San Francisco mail will be despatched from Auckland on 6th prox., instead of Bth prox.
