The weather was beautfully fine, but the at: tendance was not very large. The principal events were won-as follows: 100 YARDS HANDICAP.—E. T. Harper, syds; time, 10 4-sth sec. .MILE WALK.—P. H. Stubberfield, 80 yds ; time, 7min 20 4-sth sec.

HALF-MILE HANDICAP.—J. M. Lynskey, scr; time, 2min 4 2-sth sec. 220 YARDS HANDICAP.—R,. Treleoven, 12yds.

ONE MILE PLAT.—S. Pentecost, scr; time, 4min 47 4-sth sec.

120 YARDS HURDLES.—E. T. Harper, owes 20 yards; time, 18 3-sth sec. 440 YARDS.—J. M. Lynskey, scr;time, 56 2-sth sec.

-Cycle races.—l MILE NOVICE.—E. Hammon, sec; time, 2min 25sec.
