Bazaar St Andrews.

The Otaio-Blue Cliffs parish bazaar will be opened to-day at 2.30 p.m., in Mr Bruce’s large grain store at »St. s, by Mr Thomas Teschemaker. The bazaar promises to be a big affair. The Timaiu Brass Band will be in attendance this afternoon and evening, and Mr E. Wood s string band on the two following evenings. A very large marcjuee has been erected for the refreshments, and will be presided over by Mrs E. H. Ehodes, Mrs McLaren Mrs Bruce, and Mrs Cartwright ; Mr? Teschemaker and Mrs Elworthy preside ovei the strawberry and cream and sweets stab together with the book stall and stall fm sale of pot plants, etc. Mrs Wederell, Use Misses Wederell ,and Mrs A. Hoskin, are in charge of the toy stall and Christmastree. The stall holders for sale of work are Mrs Hawkes, Mrs Geo. Williams, Mrs Veal, Mrs Alexander, Mrs Bassett, Mrs Gallety, Miss Moffatt, Miss Stonyer, Miss Campbell, Miss .1 'ynes, and Miss Coe; and will be supported by a large number of assistants. Mr Bruce and Mr Bass lit are in charge of the shooting gallery. A iaige and up to date gramaphone can also beheard for a small charge; together vhii a variety of other attractions, that snonld draw an immense crowd of visitors
