Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 29. Miss Lean met Miss Nanneley for the championship of the colony. Miss Nunneley won easily, 6—1,6—0. Men’s Championship Singles.—Cox (Christchurch) beat Collins (Christchurch) and gained the championship. Men’s Championship Doubles—Cox and Collins (Christchurch) beat Gore Bros. (Wellington) and won. Ladies’ Championship Doubles Misses Lean and Nunneley (Christchurch) beat Misses Ramsay and Simpson. The men’s handicap was won by E. Colthart (Christchurch); the ladies’ handicap by Miss Nunneley ; the combined handicap doubles by Misses Gorrie and Parker (Auckland), and the men’s handicap doubles by A. Young and J. Wilson.
